Recent research was carried out on some males and they were divided into two groups. One group was asked to carry out their usual diet without making any alterations to it. While, the other group was given a diet rich in nuts to 60 grams each day that included a combination of hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts along with the diet that they were following.

The blood samples and sperm samples of males of both the groups were collected prior to and post-experiment.

There were striking differences between the sperm samples of both the male groups. The male group consuming a nut-rich diet had significant improvement in its sperm count and quality. To be precise, there was a 16% improvement in sperm count, an improvement of 4% in sperm vitality that is the number of healthy and live sperm cells present in the semen, there was also a positive increment of 6% in the sperm’s ability to move and, an improvement of 1% in the health, size, and shape of the sperm.
