The results of the test will suspect the genetic condition or determine even if there are some chances that person is developing any genetic disorder.

This is diagnosed with the karyotype which is usually in the form of the blood sample. With the test, it evaluates the shape, size, and the number of chromosomes in body cells.

  • Semen analysis

This might be the first test your doctor will recommend to check the issue with fertility. It is the fluid which is released when men have an orgasm. In this the sperm is carried with is nourished and protected by the fluid. The sample will help in analyzing a lot of things such as the quality and quantity of the semen as well as the sperm. In addition to this, the total count of sperm in semen, in each millimeter of sperm how many sperms are, how many sperms are moving, and identifies the shape of the sperm. Lastly, it can also check if you have an infection in the reproductive system.

  • Hormonal levels

The sperm production is controlled with the chemicals found in your body which are referred to as hormones. If you are having a hormonal imbalance it will affect your ability while having intercourse. Whether the hormones level is high or low it will create a problem in both situations. The most important hormones are follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T). The doctor will check that both of the hormones should be in the right amount. He can also check the luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol, and prolactin hormone.
